Aneesh Reddy Boddu is the Founder, Managing Director & Vice Chairman of our company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in manufacturing science and engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. At the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, he co-founded the ‘Entrepreneurship Cell’ and was awarded the ‘Distinguished Alumnus Award’ by the institute in 2017.
In 2014, he was recognized by Fortune India magazine as one of the ‘40 under 40 - India’s Brightest Young Business Minds’ followed by another recognition by The Economic Times under the ‘ET 40 under Forty’ list in 2017. He was previously associated with ITC Limited.

Sameer Garde is the Executive Director & Group CEO of our company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and a post-graduate diploma in management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. He was previously associated with Cisco Commerce India Private Limited as Vice-President, Theatre Leader, with Samsung India Electronic Private Limited in the capacity of Senior Vice-President, Enterprise Business, with Pepsi Foods Limited as General Manager, Marketing, with IQLECT Solutions Private Limited in the capacity of Head-Strategy Alliances and Partnerships, with Phillips India Limited in the capacity of Sector Market Leader, Healthcare and with Nestle India Limited, Hewlett-Packard Enterprise India Private Limited, Whirlpool of India Limited and in the capacity of Chief Executive Officer- Artificial Intelligence Unit with the National Entrepreneurship Network.

Subhro Chakraborty is the Vice-President, Sales, of our company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Jadavpur University, West Bengal and a post-graduate diploma in business management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.

Piyush Goel is the Senior Vice-President, Engineering of our company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur and a master’s degree in computer and information technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.

Piyush Kumar is the Chief Technology Architect of our company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in instrumentation engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the London School of Economics.

John Andrew Tschida is the President, Americas for Persuade Loyalty LLC, our subsidiary. He attended University of St. Thomas between 1988 and 1991, however, withdrew prior to graduation to pursue his own business interests. He was the Founder and Managing Partner of Persuade Loyalty, LLC.

Jim Sturm is the Senior Vice-President, Americas and Strategic Principle for Persuade Loyalty, LLC, our subsidiary. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the State University of New York, Buffalo.

Bill has more than 30 years of IT experience specializing in loyalty and retail applications. Prior to Persuade, Bill was a partner at OLSON and was primarily responsible for the design and architecture of Tally – their proprietary loyalty program tracking software. Bill served as the Chief Technology Officer for MilePoint Worldwide where he led the development of the Cambio “Turning Miles into Money” engine, and the point vending application utilized by major airlines and hotels. Prior to MilePoint, Bill was Senior Vice President of Systems Development at The Lacek Group Worldwide where he was responsible for the development of the Reward Loyalty Tracking System, an advanced consumer loyalty management system currently used by 30+ industry-leading loyalty program sponsors worldwide.

Sridhar Bollam has been responsible for Capillary’s customer success in the Europe and Middle East Asia region where he oversees client servicing from end to end delivery to engagement, ensuring Capillary partners in the region continue to get actionable insights and stay consumer ready. His forward thinking had lead him to become the founding member of the Capillary analytics team, and then the VP of Analytics which has helped the company grow their product and services stack to help partner brands with insights across verticals.

Santosh Reddy is the Vice-President of Sales & Marketing and manages the Marketing, Demand Generation, Presales and Sales Operations practices at Capillary. He is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and has been with us since 2014.

Rohan is the VP of Product Management at Capillary and has been part of the product team at Capillary since 2015.

Prateek Majumdar is the Chief Customer Officer for Capillary's Asia business. A veteran with 15 years of experience as a Partner with Bain and Company, Prateek is passionate about digital-led growth, consumer loyalty and engagement, and delivering client results. A Manufacturing Science and Technology engineer by training, Prateek holds a BTech degree from IIT Kharagpur and pursued his management studies at IIM Bangalore. Prateek is a key part of the leadership team at Capillary More recently, Raghu joined the US leadership team to help fulfill Capillary’s growth objectives in the US market. In his spare time, Raghu loves spending time with family, watching sports/movies and travelling (Covid restrictions permitting).

Gireddy Bhargavi Reddy is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our company. She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the Sri Krishna Devaraya University, Anantpur and a master’s degree in business administration from Sikkim Manipal University. She is also an associate of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She joined our company in July 2021 and currently supervises the secretarial and compliance related functions of our company.
