Aneesh Reddy is the Founder, Managing Director and Vice-Chairman at Capillary. He holds a bachelor’s degree in manufacturing science and engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. At the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, he co-founded the ‘Entrepreneurship Cell’ and was awarded the ‘Distinguished Alumnus Award’ by the institute in 2017.
In 2014, he was recognized by Fortune India magazine as one of the ‘40 under 40 - India’s Brightest Young Business Minds’ followed by another recognition by The Economic Times under the ‘ET 40 under Forty’ list in 2017. He was previously associated with ITC Limited.
Sameer Garde is the Mentor and Consultant of Capillary. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and a post-graduate diploma in management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. He was previously associated with Cisco Commerce India Private Limited as Vice-President, Theatre Leader, with Samsung India Electronic Private Limited in the capacity of Senior Vice-President, Enterprise Business, with Pepsi Foods Limited as General Manager, Marketing, with IQLECT Solutions Private Limited in the capacity of Head-Strategy Alliances and Partnerships, with Phillips India Limited in the capacity of Sector Market Leader, Healthcare and with Nestle India Limited, Hewlett-Packard Enterprise India Private Limited, Whirlpool of India Limited and in the capacity of Chief Executive Officer- Artificial Intelligence Unit with the National Entrepreneurship Network.
Anant Choubey is the Co-founder & Chief Operating Officer at Capillary. He holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. He was previously associated with Procter & Gamble Home Products Private Limited where, in 2008, he was awarded the ‘Special Appreciation Award’ and was also one of the youngest employees to receive recognition shares from the company.
Sridhar Bollam has been responsible for Capillary’s customer success in the Europe and Middle East Asia region where he oversees client servicing from end to end delivery to engagement, ensuring Capillary partners in the region continue to get actionable insights and stay consumer ready. His forward thinking had lead him to become the founding member of the Capillary analytics team, and then the VP of Analytics which has helped the company grow their product and services stack to help partner brands with insights across verticals. An IIT, Kharagpur alumnus, Sridhar has had a great deal of experience with analytics, working at Sutherland Global Services helping them with payment card segmentation and RFM modeling. Later he also worked as an Analytics Consultant for Hansa Cequity dealing with statistical modeling, campaign planning, and customer segmentation.
Clarissa has spent her career in MarTech helping brands grow at companies like Epsilon, Listrak, Clutch and ESW. Fueled by her passion for the convergence of tech and the psychology of motivating a change in behavior, she enjoys helping to use data to shorten the distance between brands and consumers. Clarissa has spoken at industry events like Dreamforce, Shoptalk, UPS Google Retail Workshop, The Lead and Women in Wearable Tech about all things loyalty. When Clarissa isn't working you can find her continuing to learn and augment her education in International Marketing from La Salle by studying Digital Transformation.
Jim Sturm is the Senior Vice-President, Americas and Strategic Principle for Persuade Loyalty, LLC, our subsidiary. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the State University of New York, Buffalo. He was previously associated with Brierly + Partners, Inc. as their Chief Executive Officer.
Melody Mitchem is the Global Head of Human Resources at Capillary. She leads the development and direction of a comprehensive and unified HR function across Capillary’s global operations. Melody joins Capillary with a 25+ year career in human resources, leading HR teams across several different industries, including technology, retail, and pharmaceuticals. Her global HR experience spans Europe, Canada, Latin America, the US, India, and the Pacific Rim regions. Melody has a passion for designing and implementing culturally aligned operational solutions that drive overall company performance. She is passionate about cultivating successful leaders and teams, addressing the changing needs of the workplace and constructing an employee-centered culture. Her philosophy of ‘happy and engaged employees translate to successful and satisfied customers’ aligns perfectly with Capillary’s vision and values.
Bill has more than 30 years of IT experience specializing in loyalty and retail applications. Prior to Persuade, Bill was a partner at OLSON and was primarily responsible for the design and architecture of Tally – their proprietary loyalty program tracking software. Bill served as the Chief Technology Officer for MilePoint Worldwide where he led the development of the Cambio “Turning Miles into Money” engine, and the point vending application utilized by major airlines and hotels. Prior to MilePoint, Bill was Senior Vice President of Systems Development at The Lacek Group Worldwide where he was responsible for the development of the Reward Loyalty Tracking System, an advanced consumer loyalty management system currently used by 30+ industry-leading loyalty program sponsors worldwide.
Piyush Kumar is the Chief Technology Officer at Capillary. He holds a bachelor’s degree in instrumentation engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the London School of Economics. He was previously associated with Hiveminds Innovative Market Solutions Private Limited in the capacity of Principal Architect, with Thought Works Technologies India Private Limited in the capacity of an Application Developer, with Qwest Telecom Software Services Private Limited in the capacity of a Senior Software Engineer and with Sapient Consulting Private Limited in the capacity of Senior Associate (Technology L1).
Rohan is the VP of Product Management at Capillary and has been part of the product team at Capillary since 2015. Rohan has a Master’s of Business Administration from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Pune University. He comes with 15 years of experience working with large enterprise organizations like IBM and Cognizant as well as building a startup. He has led the zero to one journey of several B2B enterprise products and particularly enjoys the challenges of product growth and adoption. Rohan likes to travel and enjoys nature and wildlife photography. In his free time, when he is not traveling he spends time interacting with and mentoring aspiring young product managers.
Don is the Global Consulting Officer at Capillary. Prior to the Brierley acquisition, Don led Brierley’s strategic program design practice, responsible for engineering solutions that balance compelling value propositions with enhanced member experiences and data-driven customer engagement. An avid theater aficionado, Don has a passion for presentation. That passion informs Don's marketing data analytics philosophy in favor of a dynamic storytelling model that brings numbers to life through contextualization and the generation of actionable insights. Don earned his Ph.D. in Political Science from Florida State University and spent 11 years teaching statistics and policy evaluation in academia. Prior to joining Brierley, Don was a research director for Dallas County, in charge of database modeling, data mining, and program reporting. He has authored several journal articles and a full-length book.
Bill Swift is Chief Integration Officer (CIO) at Brierley – Capillary, where he is primarily responsible for the integration of acquisitions and joint ventures. Bill was CEO of Brierley until April 2023, when he joined the leadership team at Brierley – Capillary. In his tenure as CEO, he finalized the company’s transformation from an agency to a robust technology provider, combining industry-leading consultative depth with the technology execution necessary to power today’s modern loyalty solutions. Bill Swift was also Brierley’s long standing CTO, where his responsibilities spanned from technology architecture and product strategy to client implementations and operational support. Having participated in the successful adoption of international technology standards, Bill is a contributing author of publications focused on distributed computing architecture, and he holds several software design patents.
John is the President of Digital + Analytics of Capillary North America and leads Capillary’s digital services. He is a highly motivated client success leader with a proven ability to translate business objectives and marketing strategies into meticulously crafted solutions. With a robust track record spanning over a decade, John has successfully guided numerous Fortune 500 companies in the manufacturing, healthcare, and retail sectors through intricate, multifaceted engagements. These endeavors seamlessly integrate digital strategy, experience design, and software development to achieve remarkable results.Through continuous dedication to deepening his understanding of clients' specific industries and business operations, John has emerged as a trusted and invaluable advisor. He consistently contributes to the sustained profitability and enduring growth of his clients' enterprises. His extensive experience, combined with his innate ability to foster alignment within large groups, underscores his exceptional skill set and capacity to excel in complex professional settings.
Aidan is responsible for setting strategic direction and management of our client business. Aidan holds a masters in marketing practice from UCD Smurfit Graduate School. Aidan has worked at industry leaders in loyalty, customer engagement and data, with experience from Dunnhumby, Aimia, WPP and Collinson. Aidan is passionate about building long-term strategic relationships, with a track record for driving growth.
Ben is the Senior Vice President of Rewards+ and leads the Global Commercial team at Capillary, delivering business growth and profitability to global clients. Ben has extensive experience across multiple industries including e-commerce, banking & travel. Ben specializes in leading all aspects of commercial operations for EMEA including; creating our go to market strategy, defining our value proposition and creating enterprise level SaaS partnerships.
As a key member of the Leadership team at Capillary Technologies, I have handled multiple roles covering Sales, Marketing, Presales and Sales Operations across Asia. In my current role, I lead Sales & Marketing for the Asia region at Capillary.
My professional experience of 17+ years includes customer-centric roles at industry behemoths like Agilent Technologies and National Instruments, as well as dynamic startups such as Mettl. My academic foundation is rooted in an MBA from the Indian School of Business, complemented by a Bachelor's in Electronics Engineering.
My expertise encompasses building teams, curating and executing GTM strategies, new market expansion, managing global teams, and designing solutions centered around loyalty, digital transformation, SaaS, and cloud technologies.
Gireddy Bhargavi Reddy is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our company. She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the Sri Krishna Devaraya University, Anantpur and a master’s degree in business administration from Sikkim Manipal University. She is also an associate of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She joined our company in July 2021 and currently supervises the secretarial and compliance related functions of our company. She was previously associated with Embassy Property Developments Private Limited, MIC Electronics Limited and Meridian Medical Research and Hospital Limited in the capacity of Company Secretary. Prior to that, she was associated with Nandi Economic Corridor Enterprises Limited in the capacity of Senior Manager.
