Presentation by Capillary Technologies and Pizza Hut at Food & Hotels Asia 2014 (April, 2014
Capillary was a part of the Food & Hotel Asia (FHA) 2014 conference from April 8 -11 in Singapore. With more than 3,000 retail vendors from 64 countries/regions participating in FHA 2014, the event provided opportunities to meet and indulge in fruitful interactions with business contacts, decision makers and influencers from various sectors within the food and hotel industries.
We had two speaking opportunities at the event.
Juliana Lim, Senior Marketing Director, Pizza Hut Singapore spoke on “Pizza Hut Singapore Case Study: Creating Greater Brand Value and Achieving Better Customer Engagement through Technology”, where she also extensively spoke about Capillary’s role in the success of Pizza Hut and their experience in working with us.
Anant spoke on the topic “Making Big Data Work For You – Using Data Analytics Effectively to Increase Loyalty, Productivity and Customer Satisfaction”, which was very well received by the audience. The session was very interactive with the audience asking many relevant questions. The audience was also impressed with the Pizza Hut case study we presented.
